Returns
You can return an item within 14 calendar days from the day you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.

You must contact us before submitting a return as the return address varies depending on the origin of your order.

Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and inform you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will promptly notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit/debit card.

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

Note: The usual processing time for a refund by most banking institutions is 3 to 5 business days.

Additional information required
Occasionally, a tax identification number or additional information may be required before we can process your order. We will inform you when this is the case. This information is only required for a few countries and allows our products to pass through customs without any problems. If this information is not provided, we will not be able to process your order and a refund will be issued.

Shipping
All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you send returned items with a tracking option as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is within 12 hours.
